1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. milk
Honeybutter (recipe below)
Mix all dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a
greased cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. If corn muffins
