Dr. Wild's Artichoke Heart Soybean Soup

A delicious recipe to help you eat and feel healthy - direct to you from Dr.
Weil's Optimum Health Plan.
2 Servings
This is an easy soup based on canned soybeans and canned or bottled artichoke
hearts. Excellent
Creamy Taco Soup
1 lb ground beef
1/2 meedium onion, diced
1 pt sour cream
1/2 lb velveeta, diced
1 can (15-oz) chili, no beans
1 can (15-oz) stewed tomatoes
2 cans (16-oz) pinto beans
1 can (10-oz) rotel (tomatoes and green chilies)
corn chips
Brown meat and onion; drain. Add canned
SUGAR-FREE CHEESECAKE
Ingrediants:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened(I use the light)
1 1/3 cups milk
1 package (4 serving size) sugar-free vanilla instant pudding

A fantastically impressive recipe - great if you're watching
your sugar and calories or if you're cooking for diabetics.
Ingredients
1 package sugar-free chocolate graham crackers, crushed
1/3 C. reduced-calorie margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. ground
Diabetic Friendly Pumpkin Cheesecake
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup gingersnap cookie crumbs
3 packets Equal® sweetener
5 Tablespoons margarine, melted
2 packages (8 ounces each) fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 package (8 ounces each) reduced-free cream
