for whichthey will grant (or deny) a coordination.That is correct,
they have the "authority" to set any terms that happen to please them, however,
they have no authority, other than denial of "coordination", to prevent anyone
I've been filling mine with ether-waves and cross-connecting them with
ethernet cable for years and not only do I have no static, but I've had
LIGHTNING connectivity to the asphalt web !

10 foot resolution ? That's kind of hard to predict unless you're standing
next to the antenna. Those other parameters are necessary to predict ANYTHING.
Kind of like asking a meteorologist if it's going to rain. His answer will
