Sorry, but while the chassis may be UHF, the receiver boards come in four flavors: 403-420, 450-470, 470-494, 494-512. They're all wide-band (5 kHz). The 450-470 MHz receivers can be coaxed down into the 440 MHz band by padding a few key spots. Look at the part number stamped on the receiver

Well I will agree with Nate on this one.. The crazy D-Star will only do it's AMBE digital and will not pass analog voice... At least when using a Quantar/Quantro with P25 capability you can set it up with CAI (Clear Air Interface)/P25 IMBE and it will do either analog voice or P25 digital. You
