Sounds like some extra stuff in your configuration.
Thee X9000 is quite possibly the last great mobile radio Motorola made.

Once the conversion is done the radio is us with Windows XP and works

The recessed SO-239 jack at the far left as you face the front of the radio,
and next to the key lock, is the antenna connector. The mini-UHF jack under
the handle is the antenna connection for the secondary receiver. The
resistive splitter I mentioned earlier simply splits the incoming signal

disconnected the mini-UHF jack and routed the RX cable from the T/R relay

Aaron,
Let's start out by determining what your desired end result is. The listing
shows several additional items that may or may not be used or useful.
The basic radio as seen in the listing is a 32 mode radio in VHF high band
150-174 MHz. A mode can be thought of as a channel in the radio

I would strongly remind them that they are purchasing a system that has
only ONE and only ONE supplier/source. This may not fit some of the bid

A well-written sole source justification memo takes care of that.
Besides, doesn't that assume they will be adding more user units to it?
In this case, it's likely a one-shot deal, so they won't care about future
sources.

Looking to purchase a 220MHz repeater. Doesn't have to be anything elaborate or
high powered. An old Kendecom or something like that would do fine.
Don't want to pay through the nose for it either, but would like to get
something going in the next few months.
