Do you have the accompanying manual for the RSS (programming software)?
It's pretty easy - the options are found in the MODE menu... but I'm at
Dayton right now, and don't have access to the computer I usually use for
programming. Otherwise, I'd list a step-by-step to get into the menu.

Is this a feature found on both mobiles and portables?

I wonder if this feature is offered here in the U.S.
Anyone know for sure? I spoke with a Kenwood/Harris dealer who has been in the
business for over 30 years and he's never heard of it. And I've never seen it
in any of the literature or ads offered by manufacturers.

Bill,
I play a lot with the FMU 250K's. Would like to get a hold of them if no one
has spoken up.
Thanks,

Hello, I've been designing and building my own cavities, and experimenting to
find out what works best. The current project is a 70cm repeater, but we are

that is indeed the case. Bummer! It looked like these would have made a fun

What do you want to do with PICs?
The actual PICs can be had from Mouser or DigiKey. I bought a programmer

at $50 today and still no takers yet. Even had
