Does anyone have the schematics for a Zetron Model 38A repeater controller?
The pages are blank in my manual and I need to fix it.
Thanks,

I looked up the numbers for the PURC / MSF 5000 switches and they are:

Straight CK Part Number 7101SD9V3BE Digi Key CKN1043-ND $6.80 ea

Does anyone have a service manual for a Ramsey COM-3 service monitor? I have

I have a Sinclair ResLock 900 MHz duplexer that I am trying to retune to
902-927 MHz. It was on 941.XX with a 3.6 MHz split and the pass cavities tune
up just fine but the notches do not make it to the 25 MHz split. Has anyone
made one of these work in the 25 MHz split used in the Ham band? I

I dug out my Mocom 10 manual and that is not a valid number for this model.
The frequency range is 25 to 50 MHz in 4 splits, 25-30, 30-36, 36 -42 and 42-50
MHz. They came in 3 power levels, 1.5W, 5W and 25W and had PL and AutoMute

Forget about it. Those are set up for duplex operation but are so specialized
it would not be worth the effort. The High band IMTS phones only had a single

Go to your local Home Depot or Lowes and buy a 100 foot roll of #12-2 or 12-3
copper wire. #12 wire has a resistance of .159 Ohms per 100 feet so if you
hook the Black and White conductors together on one end and then put your power
supply on the other end you will have a high powered resistor
I have to wade in here! The ferroresonant power supplies are horribly
inefficient under light loads. Several years ago we replaced 15 hops of tube
type microwave with solid state. Each repeater site had a Sola ferroresonant

The secret is to cut the losses as much as possible. The best way is to mount
the access point or bridge right at the antenna in a weatherproof box and feed
it with outdoor cat 5 cable using power over Ethernet (POE). The RF jumpers

The isolator between the PA and the duplexer is fine, but the one between
the antenna and the duplexer would only work with a 2 antenna repeater. In
a single antenna system most of the received signals would end up in the
reject load of the isolator between the antenna and the duplexer. If

Check the volume and squelch controls. They are very failure prone and can
go bad quickly. Check the position of the push button switches, it sounds
like the PL may be on. The volume and squelch controls push in and out,

Vester,
A flatpack is another name for the mobile duplexers made by several
companies. They are generally painted black and are flat. Most are notch
type and some are helical resonators rather than actual cavities. They work
OK in a soft RF environment, not so good at a high level site.
These actually work pretty well if you throw the onboard duplexer away. It
may not work at all depending if your local band plan is high in or low in.
The little tension wires on the resonators are very important, don't try to
use it without one on every can. Mine runs 8 watts out of a flat
