Play it safe dude buy a 2 foot piece of either 1/2 or 3/4 inch PVC and an End cap drill a hole in the End cap. Place a 4 long 1/4-20 Bolt through the hole in the cap. Tighten up the bolt with Nuts and washers. Put end cap on End of 2 foot tube place a Length of wire and Clip Onto this Bolt.

Does any one know where I can obtain a fiberglass chicken stick? I had one at Collins Radio that was about a foot long, 1/4 inch in diameter and would like to obtain the same. It is sure a lot safer probing around the anode of a Klystron with a chicken stick than a metal screwdriver. 73 and TNX
