I think some of it has to do with the more vocal of the group forming their own
groups/SIG and having enough to do with just that. Also, the recent
convention in Scranton probably took some more of the need to converse out of
the picture, and NASG elections are over so that is not

The SIG is a lot more active than that, but I don’t use the forum often
enough to remember my user name or password, and wherever I wrote it down
has disappeared also. To me, having to go through all of that to use the

Ah, then one must be registered/etc before the actual forum(s) can be accessed.
Understood.
Don't know if my hobby philosophy would gin well there. (I tend to not take
hobby things too serious.) So, I reckon' I'll just pester this group and the
OGR S scale forum for now.
BTW,
As one of the first guys involved in the S Sig, I've also had problems
returning to that fold. Chris has tried in vain to get things right,
but the times I've tried have been fruitless so far. I'll be trying
again, just might try a different door!
I still like this form for the most part

I think you have to be logged into the SIG's forum before you can see
the last-updated date. The public, non-logged-in, page does show a
December 2011 last-updated date. That may be a side-effect of the forum
software that that web site uses. Just my guess.
