Well, scratch that Great Idea, I guess. What's it going to take to get a mid-(Civil War period) 19th Century 4-4-0 and rolling stock to match, assuming I would live long enough to see it? I already know what I could do with the Franklin passenger cars. boB Nicholson

The. A/F Franklin in S IS an interesting beastie. Drive is basically from a 302. Smoke unit is HO. Engine and cars are oversized. Working on installing Amber lighting strips from DALLEE in 2 coaches.Lots of Franklins around, far fewer Washington sets around. The H O version is
