I am now experimenting with samba 3.3.0 and acl_xattr. I can see that
there is another method of storing Windows ACLs: acl_tdb.
Can someone here tell me something about the relative merits and
demerits of those two methods?
I am using CenttOS with an ext3 filesystem.

Tried to upgrade from Samba-3.2.7 to 3.2.8 using the released patch:

But the patch would not apply. After getting the full 3.2.8 source
release, it looks to me like this patch is not based on 3.2.7 but
