@Victor & Max
Fish thrive on colloidal silver.

Phil, thanks
How many micrograms of silver per liter are we at?
Some papers that go into the mechanisms of toxicity

Hi Phil,
I would have to disagree with you a bit on this one; although not directly.
If you put colloidal silver in a fish tank, the fish will die. Not because
the silver is toxic, but because it will kill organisms that are vital to
the health of the fish. The situation is more complicated than
@Max
There is little evidence that pure colloidal silver is highly toxic to any
animals, marine or otherwise.
Quite the reverse, in fact, as sickness is highly correlated with mineral
deficiencies, especially selenium and silver.
Phil...not all studies use silver compounds like silver nitrate. Pure
colloidal silver also appears to be highly toxic to marine animals.
Mollusks but also fish embryo. One study,...not in front of me at the
moment,...differentiated between silver colloids, sonicated colloids and
pure silver
@Max
Studies cited are based on silver compounds, not colloidal silver.
Has anyone pondered the silver toxicity to marine animals?
