My niece has a boyfriend who ended up in the hospital
last night in I.C.U in horrific pain. Doc's are saying it is his pancreas...his blood pressure is real low...has bile in his intestine's...and his potassium levels are real high. Any thoughts on all this as to what is going onthis just
Sounds like pancreatitis. What set that off could be many things - life
style, diet, etc. I would also guess he is dehydrated.

If it is pancreatitis, it can also be a result of a gall bladder stone lodging
in the pancreatic duct. This is painful in the extreme. It is also
life-threatening. Glad to hear that he's in the hospital. Any new news
