My grandkids (4 yo and 1 yo) come to my house most Saturdays, and I usually
put an ounce or so (I just eyeball it) in whatever they happen to be
drinking at the time (even when the youngest was still on the bottle
I think the taste depends entirely on the individual. Mine tastes
metally to me but then so does the DW I make it from. Some say it
doesn't taste much at all but others say it tastes *really* metally.

btw I think I know why dogs and other animals prefer CS to tap water. CS
is made with DW, and the tap water smells and tastes like chlorine...

Several people have mentioned in the past about mixing CS with Gator Aid. The
bottled isn't the best because of the high frutose corn syrup but the powder
doesn't have that in it.
