I tablespoon each of apple cider vinegar and honey
in a glass of water.
Be patient. It may take awhile.
I would add MSM as well... and you need to take it to bowel tolerance like with

since it leaves a scar.
Is there something else that can be used on the face and where would it get
it?

I think it depends on your face how deep/broad an area is involved. I
have used black salve on my face on small lesions. And had no problem
with scarring.
I think I would hesitate on a larger area, but it would still seem
preferable to some of the alternatives, in my perception. There is a

Oh.. I think I have read that it is best to avoid the eye area, with
the black salve.
I had a cancerous lesion on my lower eyelid that I did have surgically
removed, because I didn't want to get that close to my eye with the
black salve. Good luck deciding what to do! I wouldn't worry
You will get considerable scarring with the surgery anyway so I don't think
scarring would be a reason not to use the black salve.
If I recall from reading all the info on this lately, Tel's has less - zinc
was it? - so I think perhaps maybe safer for near the eye application.
