and like it much better. They also have products to sell but they have much

I limit sweets as they seem to cause heartburn stop eating after about 5:30
I started on raw apple and it works well. Celery is another anti GERD food. My
best is raw cabbage. I eat a wedge out of hand like an apple. Even if I am
bad and have a dessert after dinner, cabbage will nullify the nasties.

That's what I've heard too. However, if you add electrolyte tablets and
sodium to the DW you have the perfect water to drink. That's what
Smartwater is I believe, without the sodium.
