Instead of nasal sprays - I tend to use nasal irrigation ceramic bowl --- in the morning when showering. I don't like using salt in the water, just plain room temperature filtered water does fine for me. http://www.ebay.com/bhp/sinus-irrigation

I seem to recall someone mentioning this issue a long time ago on one of the silverlist threads. I believe if you add msm to the CS eyedrops it will penetrate deeper into the tissue and you will have better results. Not sure about the ratio maybe 10-20% msm. Some folks have added DMSO as well
