Yes, it sure can! One of the preselector filters is actually a lowpass filter, so it'll probably work well even lower that 530 kHz, but it hasn't been tested below the standard AM broadcast band. I use it to listen to AM broadcast stations, and it works well. On the upper end, it works well

hello I have a soft66adh I just purchased can you tell me if this could be used to recieve 530 to 1700 khz? I payed 125.00 dollars would even considder celling this one recieving am as well as drm is 2 of the things I have been wanting to do. can you also tell me what type of antenna jack yours

Hank, it will definitely receive 530 to 1700 kHz. I use mine with Winrad, which does receive DRM. The antenna jack is a BNC female type. However, adapters for other types, such as PL-259 to BNC male, SO-239 to BNC male (or female), etc. are readily available. The more common adapters are
