maya 2016 crash upon launch on CentOS 6.7

Hi, Anyone get Maya 2016 to work on Centos 6.7? The splash paints but never gets beyond the automatic crash error reporting (which I have sent). I get this from command line: /usr/autodesk/maya/bin/maya Stack trace: /lib64/libc.so.6() [0x30496326a0]
