Yup! Don't do it that way ;-) Soft is prone to crashing with any renderer, if you change too much stuff with the region open. Just close the region down, do some major changes and fire it up again. I sometimes forget as well, and you're almost always have to force quit and restart SI.

It's not possible, unless you have the exact profile for the printer it was finalized for. And it's weird that black is ultramarine blue in your files. Just have them give you RGB's, or give them a ton of mattes so they can color correct the shit out of it again. That's what normally happens
