That seems easy--McArdle, Katch, and Katch, Exercise Physiology, 6th edition, Chapters 12-17, about 100 pages. Then add chpts about training and CV health, and what a course! I couldn't resist the shameless plug. Many courses that use the text are at MS level, including medical schools, and
