you could try looking at the datetime taglib on Jakarta to see if this
answers your problem

It also contains a tag, datetime:current I think, which gets the current
date and time.
Hope this helps

a parameter to distinguish them. However, I'm also using Steve
Ditlinger's ssl tag extension and that requires a parameter on the
actionMapping of secure.
All advice appreciated.

Hi guys,
As usual with my questions this has probably been done to death but I still
haven't grasped it!!
Can someone tell me the 'best practice' method of defining checkbox elements
to allow them to be re-populated with the user selected state
when a page is redisplayed.
I currently have a
the Artimus example on his website!
regards,
steve

Subject: Retaining checkbox state on redisplay
Hi guys
Hi guys,
I know that this has been discussed over the past week or two but I'm still
a bit unclear. Can someone help me out with the best (most recommended) way
of displaying a java Date object on a jsp.
At present I'm trying to use the datetime taglib from Apache. The docs for
this seem to
well. It doesn't use a date
object but rather the long value representing the number of milliseconds
since (?) some date that I don't remember. So you acutally want the
dateObj.getTime() function.
