Check your pool settings and make sure you didn't disable the Sun Ray RDP
settings Enable Windows Pulldown Header. This is a known issue (well, known
to me, not sure if Oracle knows). But it only effects Sun Ray 3P's.

Are you connecting to the VirtualBox VRDP port on the Hypervisor? (as opposed
to 3389 on the VM itself)
If so, yes, there were changes made to improve security by requiring VRDP
connections to be authenticated with a 'one time' password negotiated within
VDI/VBox.
