I stand corrected , I live in AU , we use wind mills for pumping water , and power generation, I personaaly have lived on propreties set up as this for at least 20 years , and nevr have I seen any birds killed or injured , from the windmills , nor have my neighbours. I have often seen birds

I don't know about stratified charge engines but in the old American V8---they use fuel as a coolant. The materials won't stand a stoichiometric air/fuel mix and when you lean them enough to use air as a coolant they won't run. 3% hydrogen propagates the flame through the lean mix and they do
