fuel must be dyed before it even enters the state, or at least before it is sold -- in other words, it must be sold as untaxed, dyed fuel for offroad use! So keeping receipts for undyed taxed fuel would do no good here. You may need to phone your state motor fuels tax people in the state dept

I am not sure what entity that places biodiesel into a vehicle's tank means. Does this mean that the gas station gets the rebate (and lowers the price) or the customer who drove in? I think it means that the gas station keeps track and gets the money. If that is the case it would be better for
