I am not sure what entity that places biodiesel into a vehicle's
tank means. Does this mean that the gas station gets the rebate (and
lowers the price) or the customer who drove in? I think it means that
the gas station keeps track and gets the money. If that is the case
it would be better for

I have not seen enough to say that they do not work (or work). Just
because some people have not had any luck doesn't mean they are
useless. Bill Clark had used them in another manner with success but
he hasn't used them long enough to give a good idea of how long they
last.

This link doesn't say anything at all about the mixing time. I mean if I

how can I detect if indeed my way to do it, is wrong?

Peggy.
I don't know if you are aware of this, but under OSHA rules,
*electronic* retrieval of MSDS is sufficient for compliance. A computer
with broadband and a web browser is all you need. Frankly, I was quite
surprised by this, but

I actually worked with my husband for 4 years, as his assistant. If he

have set the occasional engine on fire. He does electronics, so there is
no risk for him. In Canada, the company did methanol fracs, and they had

Where did you get the penny per % from? All the things I read say $1
per gallon for virgin BioD and $0.50 per gallon from waste oil. So
from virgin oils there is the penny per percent of the mix, but I
hadn't seen any 20% cap.

In that case, NASA has a nice little page called If There's Global

Can you feel the difference of 1 degree increase on average?
