Can someone tell me what MT means? English is not my mothertongue :) I only
know that MT means MegaTon and it is used to say how strong explosives are,
but I don't think that's what they mean ;-)
Metric Ton - I suppose it's a way of descibing to Yanks
Perhaps MT is metric tonnes (1000kg?).

Na-methylate is the same as sodium methoxide. The difference between
what they are selling you and what you can make yourself with NaOH and
MeOH is the amount of water from the reaction plus the amount of water
in the NaOH as received, typically around 15% as Bob stated.
