13.20 and 14 under 13.30 .. I would call that progress .. When Nehemiah and Foster were going at it there was no where near this kind of depth .. 0.3x-10.4x sprinters (talking high school times) .. Usually the fastest guys can't catch the ball !!! And these guys usually don't hope to challenge in the sprints at the college level and so naturally gravitate towards football which they ultimately see as a potential pay check ..
