I think int_name should be used only where there is one main
international name, that could lead as a fallback for any name not given
explicitly, like Beijing (didn't check the spelling now) for what
Germans calls Peking, Chinese write in their own symbols
Probably one could rename the int_name-tag for these places to some
fixme:name-Tag or something like that to puzzle it for the individual
names manually in the near future, but I think the original

mapa base. Note que você pode inclusive mudar o mapa base para o OSM.
Além disso, é fácil observar que o mapa é completo para o mundo todo.

Ma no è solo un problema di rendering. Il nodo dà una informazione in più
rispetto all'area, indica il baricentro vero del comune (piazza del comune,
piazza del duomo...) e non il centro geometrico dell'area.

compresa per esempio certamente non fa
la città, a mio avviso, è come viene definita tutta l'area sotto la sua
amministrazione;Infatti la città comprende aree residenziali, zone
industriali e commerciali e settori amministrativi che possono anche
interessare una più ampia area geografica (cit. wikipedia.it).

Vorrei aggiungere i miei due cent.
Se uso le mappe in un navigatore, e in quel navigatore imposto come
destinazione Verona e basta, mi aspetto che mi porti dalle parti
dell'Arena, in piazza Bra, luogo che può essere unanimemente riconosciuto
come centro o comunque come posto da visitare, punto
