Does anyone know if we are able to associate an image with a map feature (as
an example having an image for a hotel)in OSM?

You could add a refererence to a flickr photo ID, although I have not heard
of a tagging convention for that.

I wonder if this is something we would like to have in our db. Imagine
if we become really widely used, the amount of these tags would
probably explode. I see this as a case for an external database.
