Meine Gedanken dazu: zu irgendeinem Zeitpunkt (bei Erstellung oder später) fügt
ein Ablehner selbst ein Tag hinzu, welches eindeutig besagt, dass die Daten
ODBL-konform sind.
Das heißt für mich, dass all jene Tags, welche zu diesem Zeitpunkt vorhanden
sind und von diesem Ablehner selbst

Ich beschäftige mich jetzt mit den Bundes- und Landesstraßen, besonders in
Kärnten.
Dabei ist mir aufgefallen, dass hier manchmal willkürlich getaggt wird.
Einige
Landesstraßen sind mit tertiary getaggt, obwohl sie genau so gut ausgebaut
sind und

Ich habe auch vergessen zu erwähnen, dass in den Städten auch einige
Straßen als secondary oder tertiary markiert sind, obwohl sie keine
Landstraßen sind. Wenn es nach dem Zustand der Straße und dem Verkehr geht,
dann könnte ich halb Klagenfurt als tertiary taggen.
