Okolo těch sádek těžko říct, ale do lesa je obecně v ČR vstup veřejnosti povolen, jediný případ, kdy může být zakázán vstup jsou chráněná území, vojenské újezdy. Dokonce i do oplocené obory by snad měl být vstup povolen. A radit někomu, aby chodil ke kešce z Německé strany taky není úplně legální
