Mailing List Changes (FROM=REPLY-TO) to conform to DMARC+SPF
Hello All, If anybody is using DMARC (which includes SPF) for own mail domain, and have set to receive DMARC report notifications, have figured out that the fact that the mailing list server changes REPLY-TO but doesn't change FROM causes the SPF and DMARC tests to fail. I have suggested to have the server configured in such a way that both FROM and REPLY-TO lines are configured to the mailing list server's address, not the actual senders' address, which should in case of DMARC+SPF be specified elsewhere. What do you think about this change? -- Maxim MasiutinDirector Ritlabs, SRL Current beta is 7.4.16.24 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

We are using RAR archiver that checks the integrity, and also have digital signature on the EXE. And this is just the EXE - no "installation software" is required. How strange that it didn't work from the first attempt :( -- Maxim MasiutinDirector Ritlabs, SRL Current beta is 7.4.16.24 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Re: Mailing List Changes (FROM=REPLY-TO) to conform to DMARC+SPF
Hello Tbbeta, I see that now the mailing list server rewrites the "From:" line totally, but it should rewrite just the address, not the whole From line. So, instead of From: Maxim Masiutinit should be From: Maxim Masiutin but now it is just From: tbbeta@thebat.dutaint.com so now we don't see at all who wrote a message to the list. -- Maxim Masiutin Director Ritlabs, SRL Current beta is 7.4.16.24 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
