How can I set up TheBat! so all Sent Mail is automatically moved to a Folder
and then deleted from Sent Mail?

trigger the list of course but then it works fine

However, I'm not clear on how this filter knows to move messages from the
Sent Mail folder.
I have set up a filter but the condition needs to be Sender or Recipient,
Subject, Comment, Text, or Header etc.
Which one should it be, and how does the filter know to move

To my knowledge this will only work with HTML mails that load
contents from the web. If you stick to plain text or avoid loading
content not delivered with the mail, this cannot happen. Please
