I have tboltd running on Ubuntu 9 Linux. I have not yet tried the ntp
part, but LadyHeather 3.00 Beta (running under Wine) connects.

The feed for 13v to the antenna was a ferite bead with 3 turns, it was attached
to the board with orange hot glue. It connected to the 13v input to the
ua78m06, for the mod I added a 7805 from the 18v lm317 to the bead rf choke.

Do any of you OT's have manuals stashed? Particularly interested in pinouts.
Has a pretty ugly flat ribbon connector. Want to use these for aprs and such.
