People have been waiting around for hours
to catch a glimpse of anyone famous.
Did you ask any of them why they are doing so? What
rationale did they provide? I have never understood this
and am puzzled by such behavior.
Like Mike Palij, I've always been puzzled why people wait around for
Diary, good evening. It's Saturday, May 19. I'd like to continue this
thing about being close with students because I think it's very important,
especially after talking with some Chinese students here at Zhengzhou. They
are so surprised how approachable and accessible we are.
FYI, an interesting article on cultural disinformation just appeared in the
July/August issue of Skeptical Inquirer, 34(4), Author is Alan J. Scott. It

I had a listener ask me about whether there is any evidence to suggest that
using marijuana is an effective way to help people who suffer from depression.
I have absolutely no idea on this so I thought I'd turn to the psych community.
