It's Kevin here...one in the same from the TM Network and also Facebook...
I just want to say...you hit the nail on the head with me...About letting
things go...I'm having an incredibly hard time with that right now...I'm on
Wellbutrin right now and have been for just over a
Gilly,
Very well put. I know that I now live a 'new normal'. I have had to let go of
a lot of things too.

Heather and Gilly,
I don't know about all of our 'new normal' family (and that is such a great way
to put it!) but I do know that from the very
Gilly, you sure have that right!! As much as I loved my job, there just is no
way I could do it so that door had to be closed and the door that seems to have
been opened was the ability to truly appreciate a life of total freedom and
peace out here and the best of all was that Jack and I have

Jeanne,
You have found the secret to continuing to live! and in a manner that makes
it fun for others to be with you
Most of all you've learned to accept those things we cannot change!
What a pity that anyone would just wallow in the what if attitude!! Laughter

Hooray for all that can laugh through these trying times
I have just celebrated 6 years, and I can honestly say, (believe it or not) I
have only been down once, and that was just a few days in to this, and I was
still paralyzed, (I am still walking with a cane, but hey, I'm walking)I

Your description of your family carrying you through the sand made me laugh so

offended. As a lot of us. I am incontinent.
I was reading our local newspaper a couple of days ago and I came
across an article about an 11 year old boy that has Spina Bifida. The
article went on to describe how Spina Bifida affects the nerves in a
persons spine and how it usually results in varying degrees of
paralysis, absence of skin
i have a question, has anyone else been told that they don't have

What does swelling from c6-t3 and t9-t10 mean??
Did you have an MRI with and with out gadolium
Kevin you are naughty aren't you? Poor Liz! I don't know about the therapy,
I'm really not a great believer in it. I believe that at the end of the day,
you just have to do it yourself. With maybe a little help from some happy
pills. Zoloft is my drug of choice.
I don't do any pain meds
Yep Jeanne, I am more than happy to be a retiree and just chill and smell the
roses.
