Is that the same version as is currently in the Intrepid repository? That's the version I use: 2.4.7-1ubuntu1 The fonts in the xfonts-efont-unicode-ib package are listed as h14_bi.pcf, h16_b.pcf, etc., both by the Gimp and other programs, so I suppose that's because they don't have proper names.
