in ccsm, and I have disabled allow flipping in nvidia-settings. That

Currently I am messing with dhclient, and have fixed the issue with gmail
that I mentioned previously. I am now using dhclient in the resume

ive messed with alsa mixer, so this cant be fixed that way. my mic
works, but the line in doesnt. tried with/without pulseaudio.

i have noticed this especially in projectm, i have to start pulseaudio's
volume control to get projectm to behave normally, if i dont the
flower part of the visualization updates at about 5hz. this is very
wierd looking. I am using kubuntu.

ok here you are. The audio plays fine with or without pulse, it seems
to be applications that are recording through pulse that are effected.
(Audicious records choppy unless i have the pulseaudio volume controls
open. ) Strangly enough, chrome (google chrome) has the same effect as
start

the dialog did work in KDE 4.4, upgraded to KDE 4.4.1 and back to GNOME
dialogs. policykit-kde was replaced by kdebase-workspace-bin and
kdebase-workspace-data according to apt. This bug has been open since
2009 and it still hasnt been fixed?
