Can you elaborate on the steps you took to produce this issue?
There are now two partitioning screens. The first screen lets you
choose between resizing, using the entire disk, or manual partitioning.
If you choose resizing, you're brought to a screen that lets you resize
the disk, or
Hey Evan, Here we go:
1: boot Kubuntu 64bit
2: at Welcome screen click Install Kubuntu (did not go in via the live system)
3: Click Forward on the Prepare Page
4: Next page is Allocate Drive Space and the default is Guided - use entire
partition

Ubiquity warn you when:
You choose Install them side by side,
You choose Specify partitions manually ...
But when you choose Erase and use the entire disk Ubiquity doesn´t warn you.
Inclusive you can go back (clicking back button) to the Welcome slideshow after
selecting Install Now.
