Since Unity is currently on Oneric really buggy, I'm using Unity 2D and noticed that the launcher's behaviour is a lot better here than the 3d version. I get very rarely false positives. When hitting the back button on chrome/firefox, no launcher reveals. So, can't you just implement the same
