Compiz and Xorg both use large amounts of RAM (150Mb+)

The ram usage also increases after resume from standby. I suspended with
compiz using 178MB and
xorg using 95MB. I resumed (I reported this bug, perhaps they are related?

using 189MB, with Xorg using 138MB.

using 200MB
