when I run 'ubuntu-bug _usr_bin_gnome-control-center.1000.crash' it give me
those error[1]
but I can sure my system is update.(sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get upgarde

Unfortunately the command you posted does nothing because there is no active
process with that process number. Likewise, apport-collect with the number
for soffice.bin does not work. Likewise, ubuntu-bug for soffice.bin or
libreoffice does

precise and oneric. Am I correct in understanding that you want me to
test -precise kernels? 3.2 or 3.2.2 or all of them?
