It actually happens in Gutsy with pdftk's latest deb build, 1.40-2ubuntu3
(depending on newest gcj1-8 libraries).
If you install it then run it with something on the command line, e.g. 'pdftk
file1.pdf file2.pdf output file1-2.pdf' it will output a list of Java
Exceptions
If Ubuntu hasn't touched the software you're using, then don't report it
here. Deluge has their own tracker you can use to speak with the people
who did write that software directly.

This is a problem in pavumeter default behaviour. For some reason it
decides to pick an input stream as the default stream to monitor.
affects /ubuntu/pavumeter
status confirmed
It would be useful if the default output was picked instead.

but when running the update-manager -d, I get this at the end :
