Actually, I realize that the dialog underneath the warning dialog (entitled
Wii-Fi Network Authentication Required) is still active;

Yes it works after installing the packages kde-l10n-de kde-l10n-zhcn and
then moving german and chinese to the right. But I still consider this

I am using a Radeon HD 7950 with the latest fglrx beta (catalyst 13.3).
The problem, however, even happens with fglrx in Ubuntu repositories. It
seems most likely to occur when I am opening a lot of windows too
rapidly, although it is completely random. It is guaranteed that
I see, that is the solution to my problem. This should be fixed ASAP in
the official repositories.
