and run.

moinmoin_1.8.4 (not yet imported in karmic), don't have those bugs:
- spaces in page titles are converted into underscore for anchors.
- spaces in links (like [[#Technical details]] are converted into underscore
too.
I haven't tested 1.8.3, but it may work too.
