terminal and that didn't happen, I don't think this is a bug and I'm
unable to reproduce myself.

Thanks for submitting this bug, I've just confirmed it is indeed a
postinst problem.
clamav postinst scripts run invoke-rc.d start without checking if the
process is already started before doing so, which creates this error 1

Epirotes in order to resolve this in your case please try to stop the
clamav-milter process and run apt-get -f install to solve this issue.

Thanks for reporting this bug.
I've now just reproduced the bug, the php5 packages lack the postinst
trigger to restart apache2 if required so they leave at the sysadmin
choice to restart or not.

Looks like libapache2-mod-php5 was looking for input from you in the
terminal and that didn't happen, I don't think this is a bug and I'm
unable to reproduce myself.
From your own logs:
2012-05-20 21:29:13,718 DEBUG got a conffile-prompt from dpkg for file:
'/etc/apache2/apache2.conf'
Also from the Terminal Log looks like the package upgrade process is
trying to write to a not default configuration dir
/home/fabien/solutions/administration-systeme/php-config/apache/
In order to solve this you could follow these steps:
1. Make sure that
