Solution:
Add attrib.com (7k) to the floppy.
Add the following to autoexec.bat (possibly with som errorchecking
around it):
attrib -r -s -h \net\dhcp.prm
del \net\dhcp.prm
Attrib is needed, since dhcp.prm is a hidden system
which device
to eject is not easy in general. The CD-ROM device could be IDE or
SCSI or USB.
Most times the BIOS will swallow the CD again during the boot, so
ejecting it wouldn't help at all.
