I don't know of any local contractors who I can
recommend, but this is the sort of work I would try to
do myself.
Wood repair - I would personally not recommend using
bondo - I would go to the West

Used coffee grounds, like from drip coffee, work when sprinkled around the
plants on the flower beds. They need to be replaced every few days or so. I
started just puting the whole coffee filter with the grounds on top of the
beds, then would trow them away and put new ones.
