I think that the Kannel RPM may not have the wtls option installed. I think
that you need to re-compile from source.

The line ./configure --with-wtls=openssl goes for if you compile kannel
yourself from source.
The RPM package contains just binaries, precompiled

--with-wtls=openssl I'm refering to the gateway.tar.gz source, not to the
Kannel rpm. Of course I couldn't do it with a rpm.
