ppp and kannel

This is driving me nuts for 3 days now: I try to build up an experimental WAP Gateway with kannel. The WAP client, a Siemens S35 mobile, connects to the Modem (Elas Micro Link 56K) as required. Mgetty runs as expeceted and starts the pppd. The pppd seems to communicate with the mobile (see log).

Problem using sendmms to send symbols like ü and etc.

Hi, I have no problem sending our other symbols like '#' and etc after i urlencode it to %A?. However, symbols that are encoded to %Fx, %Dx and etc have problem using the sendsms program. Somehow, it will return a http 400 error and on my smsbox the error msg is output conversion failed due
